Due to Health and Safety concerns, we have a No Returns policy once the Product has left the custody of SeaProducts, Inc. / SeaStraws.co. The only exception to this policy is where a claim is made for a defect in materials or workmanship.
Defective item? We’ve got you covered.
Should an item be found to be defective upon receipt, please notify our team at info@seastraws.co. A SeaStraws team member will work with you to have the defective product returned at no charge! Defective returned items must be returned in their original quantity ordered and include the original carton and packaging within 10 business days of receipt of the Product. Defective products will be replaced as soon as possible. All orders are non-refundable.

Oh, no - shipwreck! Claims for a damaged product.
Title Transfer and risk of Loss pass to the buyer with delivery to a common carrier. SeaProducts, Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused in transit. If damaged merchandise is received, please contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise immediately to file a claim.
